CCD's You can not get over the fact that these items are just as much meade advanced products as are the LX200's and other items on meades sales list as even high grade eyepieces are.The discussions on this list tend to be low tech anyway as most of the people come from the butcher the baker the candle stick maker sect anyway and are here to glean information on better ways of enjoying their common hobby ie Astronomy through meade advanced products. The CCD list is great if you wish the high tech discussions(your pixel sizes in angstrom units) etc but I think that most of us here just want to find out about the performance of products not the total nuts and bolts and add our own experiences when necessary out of help to others having similar problems. So why not discuss everthing so long as it is in moderation.. At least on this list I have not been accused as yet of being a total "Handshaker" for taking ccd pictures of the orion nebula as a lot of people were by a professional astronomer on the ccd list some time ago. Brandon S. Jones

ps The term "Handshaker" is the only public term I am allowed to use on the ham radio without losing my license, work it out for yourself.
